A Call During Office Hours
Our triage nurses are well trained and have the skills necessary to advise patients and family members about the management of many minor illnesses and injuries. There may be times, however, after discussing the concern with the provider, that the nurse may ask that the patient come into the office the day of the occurrence to be seen by one of our providers.
In requesting test results, such as x-rays or lab studies, remember that it takes an average of 72 hours to retrieve a final report. Out of courtesy for our staff, please allow for three days upon completion of your test before contacting our office for results. Generally, you will only be contacted by our office if the test results are abnormal.
